We are proud to be partnered with a passionate Energy & Carbon Management consultancy to find a Head of Net Zero to join their growing team based in Cambridgeshire!

As Head of Net Zero, your hardworking nature and ability to use your own initiative and push boundaries, will drive you to achieve success in this role.

Essential to this role is strong experience in a technical delivery function. You will be an expert in the development & execution of Net Zero strategy, be confident in your carbon compliance experience with ESOS & SECR and in delivering & producing energy surveys. Additional knowledge of Carbon Disclosure Schemes, ESG consulting, Renewable Feasibility Studies and supply chain engagement will be highly beneficial in this role.

As Head of net Zero your passion for identifying and delivering client-focused solutions, while being an active participant in the sales and marketing of services, and the formulation of the business development plan for the business area will shine through.

Daily you will be responsible for; Supporting the Operations Director in the successful delivery of the Strategic objectives, representing the technical delivery function on the Management Team, providing technical insight at all stages of the business (marketing, proposal/tender writing, service development, delivery, account management), overseeing the development of, and innovation and efficiency gains within, new and existing services, to continually improve the service offering to the clients customers (maternity cover).

Managing your own and your team's technical delivery in line with project management timetables, quality standards and project budgets while overseeing the technical training and development plans for the delivery team will be second nature to you.
