Our client is a market leader and has a senior leadership position reporting directly to the MD leading and managing a highly talented and established team of skilled project professionals, with a responsibility for developing a high performing team of team's culture.

This is a business-critical role and you will demonstrate the ability to manage and lead teams through complexity and uncertainty, be a safety leader, navigate through time pressures, challenge the status quo and importantly have strong commercial acumen.

You will provide direction to the overall operation of group activities in the execution of the UK offshore project portfolio, including commercial profitability and budget responsibility.

Working in collaboration with UK and global colleagues, you will build the most successful, high performing project teams and ensure all Project Management activities are executed within the safety culture of the business.

Responsible for undertaking senior customer stakeholder liaison to deliver project results and maximise the financial contribution to the business unit.

Able to demonstrate significant skill, competence, knowledge and experience in Project Management gained within the Offshore Wind Industry or Power Generation, or other large complex infrastructure projects and programmes.

You will have excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with an ability to collaborate and drive performance under pressure whilst creating an energised positive environment.

Using your deep understand of sales process, contract management techniques and experience managing subcontractors and third parties. You will effectively engage and collaborate with multiple, geographically dispersed stakeholders to meet project deadlines on time and to budget.

You will be fully versed on all PM techniques and methodologies, with a proven track record of leading and delivering results and the ability to demonstrate leadership, people development, communication and management.

This role requires a significant amount of travel and so you will be able and willing to travel as per the demands of the role.
