Allen & York are proud to be partnering with a dynamic and growing grant funded organisation who are looking for a Head of Operations to join the Team and ensure the business systems and processes run smoothly and efficiently. My client is highly network focused, working with a range of top investors to help them make sustainable choices through conducting research and developing trends and subsequently producing models which determine their strategies and partnerships.

To be considered for the role, you'll be incredibly well organised (planners and reminders galore!), be an extrovert, have a strong sense of initiative, be ambitious, you'll work well independently and have an authoritative nature. Your communication skills will be exceptional, both written and verbal and you'll be able to adapt your language depending on the audience. This role will suit someone who has a strong attention to detail, is versatile, proactive, takes ownership of projects and works well under pressure.

From a technical perspective, you'll be experienced in developing networks and be competent with the organisational aspects of building and maintaining stakeholder networks globally. You'll also be adept at donor funding and donor reporting requirements and you'll be proficient in accounting and financial management. You'll have experience of overseeing all accounts in and out, invoice requests to donors and supporting the preparation of budgets. It will also be important to coordinate external service providers including book keepers and payroll services.

You'll also be responsible for developing the CRM (Hubspot) to manage stakeholder networks, content updates for the website (so you'll know your way around computer systems), ensuring social media platforms are up to date and that the video conferencing platform is maintained.

As you can tell, this is a crucial role within the business, sitting at the very heart of the organisation to ensure the smooth running of everything under your control.

Based in Central London in a fully serviced working space, you'll be based close by as it will be your responsibility to ensure any issues are resolved, whilst at the same time managing the remote Team who are in various locations worldwide. This is also a role where you need to liaise closely with the Team so you'll be situated close to London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to really add value to the business and enable the agile Team of technical specialists to focus on their roles and providing support to senior managers. If you have the desire to do so, there is also the opportunity for you to grow the role in time.

So, to find out more about this innovative company and role, please call Katie on 01202 888986 (ext 207).
