Holding a unique market position our client provides commercial insights, research, solutions, strategy and advocacy to the consumer goods sector.

They connect organisations across the sector and lead on industry wide initiatives as well as managing bespoke projects.

Central to their offering is leadership on emerging sustainability and social trends and challenges to their partner organisations. As a harmonising force for positive change they represent a wonderful opportunity for a Sustainability professional to fulfil their own potential.

As part of the leadership function, in the role of Head of Sustainability, you will provide thought leadership and direction setting for the organisation, lead on project delivery and build an enviable network of industry leaders from which to support collaboration on programmes and represent stakeholders.

Operating across the wide spectrum that is sustainability your experience will have given you expertise in climate change, social aspects and the wider sustainability agenda. You will have had experience working within or with the UK food, retail and consumer goods sector.
We are looking for enhanced influencing, stakeholder engagement and advocacy skills in this role, you will be keen to use and develop these further in a professional capacity.

Project and team leadership also form a cornerstone of the position.

Based in the South East head quarters the role whilst based from the office offers flexible home working. A home base within a reasonable distance so as to be able to attend the office when required is sufficient and the incumbent can expect a professional and flexible approach to work balance moving forward.
