Buckle up, fasten your seatbelt and enjoy the ride! Are you looking for a role within a company where employee safety and safe systems of work are priority? This is a newly formed role combining responsibility for Safety and Facilities Management based on the scenic Jurassic coast, working with a design and manufacturing organisation.

As Safety & Facilities Manager you will oversee site compliance, provide HSE guidance, training and advice. Typically, you will manage safety management systems, perform and plan HSE audits, risk assessments, COSHH and RIDDOR. And have responsibility for compiling incident and accident statistics, all whilst working to continually improve practices and work towards an incident free culture.

You will work closely with the Site Operations Manager to ensure that services are delivered, and equipment is maintained. With this you will manage your own budget and be involved with a variety of projects, increasing your remit and adding to the variety and pressures of the day, week, month and year!
