The role operates in the complex environment of Commercial operations which includes property and retail portfolio and this role will work with operators and key stakeholders throughout the operation to ensure that safety is maintained and delivered to a world class standard.
This position will demand strong leadership, managing directly a team but providing in depth advice and support to key stakeholders, internal and external, as well as influencing and enabling proactively throughout the business unit.
Working closely and reporting to the H&S Director, this role will play a crucial part in the delivery of excellence and so candidates should be able to clearly demonstrate a track record of effective change management and influencing including the ability to build strong relationships across challenging or complex working environments.
