- Develop the strategy for health and safety in conjunction with Global priorities
- Develop communication standards
- Provide visible leadership
- Develop strong relationships with the Global team
- Embed best practices aligned to Global standards
- Audit of OHAS management systems across the UK
- Develop and maintain your own policies in specific areas
- Strong network of internal and external teams
- Management of the annual budget
- Develop a clear and progressive Health and Safety strategy
- Degree in OHAS or equivalent
- Membership of IOSH
- Strong technical knowledge
- Experience of practical implementation of policy and procedure
