Our client is a market leading luxury site and property developer who have seen exceptional growth over the past couple of years and are looking to underpin this with a new appointment of a Health & Safety Manager.
This is a brand-new role to assess and develop systems and policy for the company as well as create training programmes for the company to ensure compliance but also to engender a safety culture throughout.
Whilst based in the South of England the role will require travel across sites in the UK, developing relationships with key internal stakeholders, external contractor companies and relevant authorities.
Candidates should be suitably qualified, most likely GradIOSH with a track record of start-up situations ideally. It would be ideal for candidates to have breadth of experience in a variety of sectors which could include areas such as leisure, food or property but will certainly within a multi-site activity.
