Our client is a leading waste and EFW organisation who have over 20 years' experience in sector working across the UK on various high profile projects. The company continues to invest in transforming waste management in the UK and this role plays a key part in that ongoing progression.
This role, based near Falkirk, will report directly to the Plant Director with a functional report to the Head of HSEQ and will provide advice, support and expertise on site relating to Health, Safety, Environment and Quality issues. The project, currently in construction and commissioning phases will require input for ensuring compliance to CDM regulations and COSHH and COMAH.
This role is a multi-functional opportunity and requires candidates to have experience across all disciplines in Health, Safety, Environment and Quality. Whilst Health and Safety is the key component it is important that candidates have experience of managing Environmental issues, waste management, ISO14001, ISO 9001 with ideally a Lead or Internal auditor qualification to support this.
Candidates should ideally have experience working in an industrial or construction setting and have a proven track record of managing Safety, Environment and Quality. Candidates should have achieved TechIOSH and ideally have an IEMA qualification and ideally Lead or Internal auditor qualification.
