An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an HSQE Systems and Assurance Manager to be flexibly based in the South of England working within the transport and technology sector, to champion and support Systems and Assurance Management across the business nationally.
The role whilst based in the south, will offer a mixture of home working, travel and site based operations so candidates should be flexible in their approach.
Reporting to the Head of HSEQ, the role will provide support and guidance to team members and employees on various projects across the business ensuring risks are identified and managed as well implementing project plans. The role will involve high level stakeholder engagement ensuring risk management principles are adhered to as well as offering compliance and consistency across the business.
Candidates should have experience working for a multi-site business working at a senior level with a proven track record delivering across multiple stakeholders. You should be adept at managing a team and also delivering structured programmes of work within complex organisations.
Degree qualified or equivalent would be advantageous with CMIOSH or working towards is required with a demonstrable track record or Lead Auditor qualification in Quality or Environmental Management or ISO Systems.
