Do you have experience of working on an international scale? Are you comfortable working in an environment of change? Are you available at short notice? If so, please read on...
A hugely exciting role has arisen in London for an experienced operational manager to be involved with the conservation department of the organisation and help to navigate it through a period of change. This means your experience of change management in a complex organisation will be essential, as will your experience in an international role, regardless of sector.
Looking for a diverse, multi faceted role? Perfect, as you'll need to wear a number of hats and juggle a number of projects at any one time. You'll be responsible for developing a sound operating model for the department, standardising procedures and policies, thus contributing to the 2020 strategy. In addition to this, you'll get chance to use your financial expertise to review budgets and forecasts and ensuring compliance with legislation by working with different department heads.
Your organisational and time management skills will certainly be put to the test, as you also investigate the grant management structure, HR and manage one direct report.
An appreciation of working across geographies and cultures is essential and you'll get to use your Prince 2 or similar professional qualification, together with your business management degree or equivalent.
You'll be based in London but may need to travel to overseas locations on occasion so a willingness to do this is required.
