To grasp this opportunity and become the Laboratory Operations Manager, with responsibility for managing staff within a laboratory setting. You will ensure procedures are met and maintained, meet quality standards, monitor performance and consistently maintain a high level of performance for the area and staff.
To meet the standard you will need to have worked previously in a laboratory setting and have a strong background in Chemistry and Biology, with people management expertise. This is a role where you will be able to demonstrate your excellent planning and coordination skills, whilst delivering a first-rate laboratory operations service. Where quality, auditing, costing and profitability are all key skills.
