As a Landscape Architect this is your opportunity to work as part of a friendly and supportive multi-disciplinary team based in Leeds, on projects of all scales, with a wide range of experience and a proven track record in landscape planning, including LVIA and TVIA, your work will be highly varied, and you will be able to gain valuable experience across all aspects of the landscape profession.
Ideally you will have a Landscape Institute Accredited Bachelor's degree, Diploma and/or a Masters degree, and be a Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute, this foundation with allow you to demonstrate how technically competent in preparing landscape and/or townscape and visual impact assessments and appraisals LVIA / TVIA and evidence-base documents to support development plans and policies.
Experience of landscape and visual impact assessment and environmental aspects of landscape architecture is essential. In addition, experience of residential, restoration, landscape management and soft works design would be an advantage.
A proven knowledge of AutoCAD and graphics software is required. You will be prepared to work as part of a team / independently as required and be confident in liaising with clients and third parties. You will have excellent communication skills and take a proactive approach to your work, with excellent time and workload management skills.
