Are you an Environmental Impact Assessment professional, with a knowledge and experience of team management and business development, looking for a great new role?
We're looking for a Managing Consultant / Associate EIA to lead and support on an existing and growing portfolio of urban generation and master planning projects in London and across the UK. If this sounds like you, read on!
Whilst pushing the boundaries of your profession and developing your career in an open, collaborative and empowering culture, you'll manage and deliver environmental inputs primarily to urban regeneration and master planning projects, providing strategic and project specific environmental advice across all stages of the project lifecycle; from site selection and early consenting strategy development, through feasibility, optioneering and outline design, to detailed design, discharging of consents and construction.
You'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively across a multi-disciplinary business, with in-house technical specialist groups, primarily focused on property projects, but there would also be the opportunity to work on transport, infrastructure and renewable energy schemes.
In this role, our client will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. As a start, you will have a strong track record in / experience of EIA consultancy in the urban regeneration sector, with a passion for developing sustainable solutions and a thorough understanding of the UK policy and regulatory framework for EIA.
Also, using your excellent communication, leadership and collaboration skills, you'll confidently engage with a range of stakeholder groups, collaborate on and lead urban regeneration projects with a range of environmental, design and engineering specialist.
