An exciting position has arisen within an established, growing and motivated agency focusing on brand, communication, reporting and sustainability as they search for their next Managing Director to guide the Team forward.

If you are a sustainability practitioner with a comprehensive background in the communications agency world who sees their next role leading from the front, inspiring those around you to really push the boundaries, this is the job for you!

Taking over from an incredibly experienced leader and with an increasing demand for sustainability related services, you'll be at a distinct advantage if you have proven background having delivered sustainability services such as reporting, materiality assessments, sustainability strategy and DEI reports.

You will have experience of working in an agency environment, either in your current post or in the past and you'll also have assumed an MD role previously or be in such a position presently.

It goes without saying that you'll be adept at developing strong relations with a range of businesses, securing new business through delivering pitches and knowing what needs to be done, you'll have assumed overall responsibility for the financial aspects of a business, working with shareholders to adapt the vision and goals for the business as circumstances dictate and fostering a culture of trust, hard work and success within the Team, all of which will form your company strategy.
