We are engaged with an award winning, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy that are involved in delivering projects worldwide within both private and public sectors. The range of services range from quantity surveying, project management, Health & Safety, planning consultancy among many others.

They are seeking to appoint a Marketing Manager based at their offices in West London to lead the marketing function within the business working closely with the senior management team. To be considered you must come from a similar role within the construction/property industry with experience working with key internal stakeholders against strict deadlines.

The key areas of the role focus on implementing and developing all marketing strategies in line with business objectives. You will be responsible for managing the marketing budget including brand positioning and development for the business within the relevant sectors. Furthermore, you will be producing and updating all marketing processes, databases and marketing content.

You must have experience within Print and Digital and be able to use InDesign. On bigger projects you will be working with an external design company however you will also be doing some designs in-house. You will be involved in producing external marketing literature in form of brochures, case studies, capability statements, newsletters, reports etc. As well as producing and managing content for digital and social media platforms.

As part of the role, you will also be managing the PR working closely with an external PR agency and attending relevant industry networking events, promoting them within the business.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Educated to degree level with a minimum of 5 years experience as a marketer
  • Construction industry knowledge
  • Stakeholder management
  • Experience of Print and Digital, working knowledge of InDesign
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commercial acumen
  • Strong leadership skills
