Our client is an international professional services consultancy who specialise in Real Estate, they are recruiting a People & Development Advisor to join their busy team in the City of London. With numerous offices in the UK and Europe they are fast becoming a force in their sector.
As People & Development Advisor you will work closely with the People & Development Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager and other key stakeholders in the business to deliver solid HR support to employees across the business. Tasks will include a range of Employee Relation actions from onboarding to exit interviews, assisting to deliver payroll and health & safety compliance as well as project work and recruitment activities. You will be fully immersed, and every day will be different!
The successful applicant will have a background in HR, with payroll, absence, disciplinary and grievance experience, as well as a sound knowledge of employment law and have worked with an HRIS previously.
