How do you fancy joining a leading and award winning profit for purpose business who specialise within the climate and sustainability sector? With B-Corp certification, you will be working closely with corporate organisations and governments to deliver positive impact programmes which reduce carbon, improve health and wellbeing and protect the environment.

This is a unique opportunity for a mid-level Portfolio Manager to join a small but established and growing team, based in their Oxford offices.

The Portfolio Management team are responsible for the wholesale business portfolio, new business development and working closely with the Account Management team with existing business. As such, you will be an integral part of the process, establishing relationships with new and existing clients and utilising the Sales & Business Development Teams so your communication and team working skills will be key. You will then work with companies to tailor bespoke voluntary carbon portfolios as well as renewable energy credit offers. Your commercial acumen will be vital here, managing relationships with external suppliers but at the same time manage your own desk including drawing up contracts, gathering information, pricing and fulfilling terms of business.

Your experience working within a niche, technical B2B environment will be highly valued (ideally five years plus) and a familiarity with carbon markets would put you in a strong position but this does not have to be at expert level.

What will set you apart is your strong analytical and commercial skills, combined with strong and proven account management skills.
