Requirements
The successful Principal Air Quality Consultant will either current be a principal or will be an established senior looking for the next step. You will have worked successfully in this field for at least 10 years and have a full understanding of the planning and EIA process. In addition you will have:
- A detailed knowledge of standards and guidelines
- Air quality monitoring, assessment and data analysis experience
- Odour survey experience (would be an advantage)
- Knowledge of the standard methodologies for assessment of roads, industrial and dust emissions
- Commercial awareness and business development skills
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
- Membership of the Institute of Air Quality Management / Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment
- A full driving licence
Responsibilities
The successful Principal Air Quality Consultant will be required to:
- Influence strategy for projects and initiatives
- Liaise with existing clients and develop new client relationships
- Engage with stakeholders
- Manage and review the technical components for EIA chapters and assessments, fee proposals and surveys
