Senior CDM / Principal Designer

This is an opportunity to join a successful company who work with a range of private and public-sector clients and who work on a variety of maintenance, new build and refurbishment schemes.

Our client is looking for a new Senior CDM / Principal Designer to join their team in London, could this be you?

In this role, you will carry out general Principal Designer / Coordinator and Health & Safety duties for clients operating on construction projects, including advising the business and clients on legislation changes. You will also carry out site safety audits and inspections, will develop and implement training for clients, will write proposals and will be involved in project finance management.

Skill & Experience Requirements:

Experience as a design consultant in civil engineering / building
Experience as a CDM coordinator
Valid and registered membership of APS
A NEBOSH construction certificate or equivalent
CMIOSH
