Experienced Due Diligence Consultant - Transaction Advisory

Are you an experienced Due Diligence professional with a background within Energy Value Chain, Power Generation (including renewables), Green Technologies and Energy Transition, Oil and Gas, looking for a great new role?
We're looking for experience Due Diligence Consultants to join our clients Transactions & Business Advisory team, working for a global independent expert in assurance and risk management. They advise financial institutions and Energy / Utility companies on due diligence projects across buy side, sell side and project finance deals. If this sounds like you, read on!
The team has a focus on the Energy Systems, Oil & Gas and Utilities (power, water) sectors and they are aiming for continued high growth in their services within those sectors.
The nature of their business means that staff work on a wide range of deal types and sectors. Transactions advisory is by nature highly challenging and fast-paced. Individuals are expected to be flexible and to work per the needs of the business.
You'll contribute in managing the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring a timely delivery whilst meeting the high-quality requirements of clients. You'll analyse data to determine findings and draw conclusions and develop recommendations for their clients. You'll write reports and develop presentations materials. Also, support and contribute to the sales process for the Transactions Advisory team including bid development, customer interaction and market research.
Whilst the role will be varied and demanding, there will be a good opportunity to further progress your career for those who can demonstrate a strong academic background, excellent report writing, oral communication and presentation skills, with strong analytical skills including the ability to interpret results from data analysis, generate insights and provide recommendations.
