An opportunity has arisen to appoint a Construction Project Manager within a construction company who mainly service medium to high value refurbishments and extensions in the London area of residential properties.
The company has been long established and has consistently worked to achieve a high standard of finish on all projects undertaken. There is a healthy book of work and future projects that needs management and coordinating, this will include approximately 25 subcontractors at any given time.
Future scope for this role could take you to Director level should this be an ambition of the person who takes up this role.
You will have a proven and demonstrable experience of total leadership and management of similar construction projects, managing subcontractors and managing the client's expectations making sure the final product is to specification and satisfaction.
This role therefore requires someone who is able to work autonomously, meeting deadlines and budgets whilst maintaining a high quality of workmanship and finish.
You will be fortunate enough to work within a tight knit and collaborative team who thrive on solving problems to meet and delivery on their client's requirements.
