Our client is one of the world‘s leading manufacturers of wind turbines in the onshore and offshore sectors.

 

They are specialists in providing project-specific solutions in the turnkey, service and maintenance, transport and installation as well as foundation planning in the construction areas, with around 7,000 wind turbines throughout the world.

 

Your Tasks:

  • Development of a sales strategy for entering the market in new countries
  • Establishment of a customer base in the respective new markets
  • Responsibility for tender preparation in the context of tender processes and calls for tender
  • Provision of information about company products and services
  • Calculation, preparation and placement of bids
  • Preparation, negotiation, examination and conclusion of purchase agreements
  • Delegation of tasks to project management
  • Maintenance of internal customer and project data
  • Analysis of customer and market developments
  • Use of CRM databases
  • Team-oriented implementation of marketing and sales campaigns
  • Participation in trade fairs
  • Reporting to supervisors

Your Profile:

  • Degree from university or university of applied sciences, or alternatively technical or commercial training, appropriate professional experience and additional qualifications
  • Work experience in the wind energy industry or sales-related activity
  • Knowledge of various energy markets, existing network of stakeholders in new markets would be an advantage
  • Experience with contracting, including contract valuation
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and a CRM application
  • Very good spoken and written English skills, further language skills would be an advantage
  • Customer-oriented thinking and action, skill in negotiating
  • Strong interest in the wind energy industry
  • Analytical thinking combined with organisational skills
  • Communication and teamwork skills, integrity and a sense of responsibility
  • Driving license
  • Willingness to travel
