Are you an onshore wind Development guru?

Want to be part of a rapidly growing company with a strong existing portfolio and ambitious plans for the future?

Our client has a project portfolio of over 1GW of onshore wind power and are looking for an experienced Senior Project development Manager to join their development team.

You will be responsible for leading and existing team to identify, assess, design and develop proposals for onshore wind farms by prescoping, scoping, planning and post-planning ready for handover to our internal civil and technical teams.

As a skilled Project Manager in onshore wind, you will manage sites already in the planning system, advancing to successful determination. Working with teams, advisers & consultants on projects subject to Public Inquiry, or appeal.

Highly skilled in key stakeholder management of Landowners, Local Planning Authorities, Energy Consents Unit, Statutory and Non-Statutory Consultees, Councillors and Community Councils and residents from local host communities.

You will manage consultants completing EIA's, reports, critical analysis to identify and rectify potential issues. Liaising with legal professionals - landowner agreements, legal agreements & documents. Land searches, and negotiation with relevant parties.

Using your experience in the preparation and issue of drawings produced using ArcGIS. Turbine layout design - ReSoft WindFarm & infrastructure design/tech drawings - AutoCAD.

You will prepare, review, submission of EIA Reports and documents for planning applications. Preparation, review, submission of documents for discharge of pre-commencement planning conditions. Knowledge and experience in Scotland (preferable) and working on S36 applications.

A full and valid driving licence is essential due to travel to wind farm sites across UK.
