Job Responsibilities

 • Meeting sales targets and KPIs
• Understanding customer requirement, and delivering a tailored solution
• Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact
• Work towards an agreed market development strategy
• Utilise telesales techniques and ethical sales methods to increase business growth
• Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems
• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods
• Ensure maximum possible customer retention by renewal sales process

Experience Required 

• Must be results focused, driven to exceed targets, ambitious and thrive under pressure
• Experience of the B2B energy industry
• You must have great sales skills and able to generate your own leads
• You must be self-motivated, focused and able to bounce back from rejection
