Main responsibilities of a Senior Landscape Architect:
• Project management
• Report Writing
• Producing detailed design and construction drawings
• Landscape Contract Administration
• Client Liaison
• Assisting and mentoring junior staff
Current Projects:
• River corridor landscape management
• Motorway and other major route upgrades
• Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment of major mixed-use developments, major residential schemes and power projects
• Townscape and Visual Impact Assessments of tall buildings and major infrastructure projects in London
• Heritage and character assessments for neighbourhood plans
• Regeneration of historic parks
• Green infrastructure strategy
Who you are:
• Good all round landscape experience, including LVIA, TVIA, design & implementation and landscape management
• BA or BSc in a relevant subject
• Previous experience in either public or private sector
• Proficient in use of AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Good understanding of the English planning system
• Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute or on the pathway to chartership
• Excellent report writing skills
• Full driving licence
• Masters in landscape or environment related subject
• Working knowledge of GIS
• Working knowledge of Revit and Rhino
