As a Senior Landscape Architect this is your opportunity to work as part of a friendly and supportive multi-disciplinary team based in Basingstoke. Ideally you will hold a relevant Bachelor's degree and either be a CMLI or on the pathway to chartership. You will draw on your experience of working on large-scale projects, including strategic planning, major infrastructure, urban regeneration and environmental enhancement schemes. You will be able to assist in the development of innovative, cost effective and buildable solutions in an environment that is collaborative, stimulating and challenging.
Drawing on your experience in producing Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment Reports (LVIA) along with your clear communication skills, will give you the ability to write concise technical reports and to lead conference calls, meetings and workshops when required.
As part of this role, as a Senior Landscape Architect it is expected that you will be able to produce or oversee the production of drawings and other technical documentation using appropriate software (ArcGIS, AutoCAD Civils 3D, Revit, LSS, ProjectWise and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.), with the necessary level of detail as required at various stages of development: strategies, conceptual design, detailed design and production information.
In this role you will be working within a team that provides services ranging from feasibility and landscape planning studies, design and landscape and visual impact assessments and detailed design through to construction supervision and landscape management. The Basingstoke team is involved in a number of high profile projects with a variety of clients from the private and public sector. As a Senior Landscape Architect you will be working across the clients impressive portfolio of major national and international infrastructure projects.
Your work will be highly varied and you will be able to gain valuable experience across all aspects of the landscape profession including landscape design, planning and management, which will assist in supporting your career development.
