Main Duties
- Undertaking design and advisory services relating to new and existing water and wastewater process plant
- Technical delivery of projects, in a Lead Engineer capacity where assigned (subject to scheme size/complexity)
- Identify and develop innovative and optimised technical solutions based on client needs and drivers
- Interface and co-ordinate work with multi-disciplinary teams (e.g., process, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and ICA)
- Establish relationships with clients and alliance partners on project technical, commercial and progress matters
- Ensuring projects meet required legislative, quality, safety and environmental standards and objectives
- Line management responsibility for assigned staff
- Ensure capture of key project and technical knowledge, including innovations
- Promote MEICA team capability and achievements both internally and externally
- Line management responsibility for assigned staff
- Mentoring of junior engineers and graduates
Essential Education
- Relevant engineering degree
- Chartered engineer
- Membership of appropriate professional institution
Desirable Education
- Appropriate second degree

- Significant experience in technical delivery of process plant systems on water utility based projects
- Excellent communication and motivation skills
- Team player with collaborative behaviours
- Self-starter
- Problem solver i.e. "Can -do" attitude

- Experience of leading technical delivery projects
- Work in an engineering design consultancy
- Experience of working on design and construct projects
