Job Description
- Provide a full cost consultancy service.
- Responsible for measuring, cost planning, estimating, tenders, risk management, feasibility studies, valuations and contract administration.
- Capable of running projects independently and confidently with attention to detail.
- Deliver projects in line with the client's objectives and contracted scope of works.
- Mentor and manage a team.
- Client facing and manage client relationships.
- Good analytical skills.
