Do you want to work in a Planning team for a multidisciplinary consulting group with over 25 years of history?

With at least 5 years' experience across the public and private sector as an MRTPI qualified Town Planner, or someone actively working towards accreditation, you will draw on your good grounding in development management led work and a strong understanding of local and national planning policy as you will be tasked with offering planning advice, managing associated external consultants and the preparation and submission of planning applications, appeals and local plan representations.
You must therefore be able analyse and problem solve, advocate solutions verbally and in writing and convey ideas clearly to your colleagues and have a strong aptitude for the use of office-based software, such as Microsoft office, outlook, GIS and mapping.
You will, whilst working in a team environment have the determination and ability to work also on your own initiative to develop your skills and support the tender process. This role will require you to take an active involvement in a number of projects and meet client expectations and promote the business by demonstrating and using your experience of marketing and networking.
In this role, you must have a full UK Driving Licence and have access to your own vehicle.
