Responsibilities
The successful Service Manager applicant will be required to:
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers
- Prepare stats and analysis reports to show information trends for customers
- Resolve any invoice queries and prepare billing reports
- Ensure all internal stakeholders are fully briefed on relevant customer activity
- Look for opportunities to develop customer service procedures, policies and standards
Requirements
You will be required to have:
- Customer service experience
- A relevant degree
- Experience and proficiency in CRM systems
- Experience and proficiency in using MS Office applications
- Advanced written and oral communication and planning and organisation skills
