Do you have an in-depth knowledge of customer service principals and practice and thrive on maintaining high customer standards? This opportunity will see you maintaining the high company standards for clients by covering and managing all aspects of the service clients receive. This will involve being the main internal point of contact for any customer queries and supporting enquiries and project requests from customers.


The successful Service Manager applicant will be required to:
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers 
  • Prepare stats and analysis reports to show information trends for customers 
  • Resolve any invoice queries and prepare billing reports
  • Ensure all internal stakeholders are fully briefed on relevant customer activity
  • Look for opportunities to develop customer service procedures, policies and standards


You will be required to have:
  • Customer service experience
  • A relevant degree
  • Experience and proficiency in CRM systems
  • Experience and proficiency in using MS Office applications
  • Advanced written and oral communication and planning and organisation skills
