Allen & York are delighted to be working closely with a global organisation comprising of some of the best known commercial and media brands around the world. This exciting business, consisting of creative and passionate professionals, partner with organisations to drive progress and integrate sustainability internally. They're now looking to recruit a Global Social Impact Programme Co-ordinator to join their growing inhouse team and work on a Fixed Term Contract for c.3 months.
You will have experience of working on and organising community volunteering programmes and engaging with numerous stakeholders (essentially social impact champions) in different countries around the world, to outline expectations, check deliverables are met and coordinate the delivery of a range of programmes, from youth education programmes to volunteering days. Experience of event management would also be beneficial as and if you've got experience of the UN SDG's and other social impact frameworks, that would be beneficial.
You'll have strong organisational and communication skills and the ability to bring people together, often virtually so experience of having worked in a remote set up would be advantageous.
You will be joining an incredibly dynamic organisation where things change regularly so you'll need to be comfortable operating in such an environment and be agile, resilient and robust, with a can-do attitude. It will be your responsibility to drive the programme of works and drive best practice and provide governance for the projects.
With the global Headquarters based in London, the Social Impact Team of ten are based here so you'll be UK based and be able to access the London office.
