Supply Chain Leader Planner

Liège, Belgium

Responsible for the operational performance of the manufacturing work area, in line with AOP expectations. Directly supervises production employees in their assigned work area and provides engineering configuration support to manufacturing teams and to employees on product area planning, methods, operations and quality. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with corporate and site policies and applicable laws. Delivers on cost, quality, delivery, and inventory goals to meet both customer and internal requirements

Main responsibilities

  • Ensures the maintenance of a safe work area and performs effective safety audits and incident investigations
  • Responsible for proactively adhering and contributing to the Safety Management & Environmental system and compliance to regulatory requirements in relation to same
  • Responsible for individual and department targets in relation to SQDCI (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory)
  • Responsible for timely processing of POs materials and monitoring of all purchase order activities, review problems items and initiate required corrective action
  • Responsible for the production and issuing of reports, presentations and data critical to materials availability, control of the RF inventory and production scheduling, including inventory forecast, production schedules, reports etc
  • Provides first level leadership and guidance to production employees in the manufacture of parts and manages the performance of production employees.
  • Responsible for the review and generation of supplier forecasts for buyer
  • Responsible for keeping ERP system up-to-date


  • Bachelor Degree in related subject
  • Must have at least 5 years leadership experience in multi-national environment in similar role
  • French and English language
