Are you a sustainability/environmental advisor with construction experience? Would you like to work for a reputable company on a high profile project? Are you comfortable with your hard hat and boots on? If so, please read on...
A leading house builder needs you to join their Team, working on one of the largest mixed use regeneration projects in the South East. As such, your experience of working on a construction site, dealing with multiple issues at any one time will be valuable, drawing on your environmental/science degree, putting this theory into practice. You will be competent at conducting audits, maintaining and improving the Environmental Management System in accordance with ISO 14001 (if you've been involved in transitioning a company's management system to 2015 standards, that would be great!), managing waste on site and, given the nature of the site, any contaminated land and remediation experience would be desirable.
In addition to the environmental issues, your involvement with social and economic elements of sustainability will set you apart from other candidates and is required for this position. Predominantly residential, but with other facilities, you will be a strong communicator, liaising with not only contractors on site but the local residents and delivering training to the Team.
Are you an early riser? Starting at 8.00am, you'll be based in West London to make the journey and role sustainable and you will be rewarded with a competitive salary and package.
