Energy Assessor

Are you an experienced and qualified sustainability professional, with knowledge of building compliance services, looking for a great new role?
We're looking for an Energy Assessor to lead an expanding team and assist with the ongoing development of existing business, on various residential and commercial construction projects. If this sounds like you, read on!
The role
You'll be able to complete SAP, SBEM, DSM assessments and calculations, delivering technical support to clients. You'll support planning by generating energy statements and reports.
With excellent communication skills, and commercial acumen, you'll be able to engage with and manage clients to identify service opportunities. With experience of achieving compliance with building regulations, planning policy and sustainability compliance targets, you will assist the client in achieving their targets.
Requirements
The Energy Assessor needs to be a team players, highly organised, motivated and possess a real desire to achieve their goals. With experience and appreciation of working in a collaborative environment, the ability to work as part of team and communicate with a wide range of people will help you succeed in this role.
A technical background, ideally with demonstrable experience working in construction, you will be qualified, with commercial awareness of building regulations, planning process and construction industry working.
