 A growing Energy and Sustainability team within one of the largest professional services firms in the UK are looking to add to their team. Due to continued success there is now room for a Sustainability Analyst to join this impressive organisation. If you are passionate about sustainability, have an analytical mind and are comfortable conveying information to clients then this position could be for you.
Location: London
• Take responsibility for the collection, validation and reporting of client sustainability data to help clients drive improvements in performance, comply with legislation and communicate their performance to key stakeholders
• Analysis and management of data to inform sustainability performance improvements and strategic decision making
• Develop and deliver innovative and pragmatic sustainability solutions to investor, developer, occupier and landlord clients
• Be able to work under minimal supervision in a rigorous manner to deliver accurate, high quality and engaging outputs
• Plan and manage projects to ensure deadlines are realistic and met on time
• Support compliance and thought leadership projects for a number of large organisations
• Advise clients in the analysis of their risks and opportunities and clearly and concisely articulate recommendations to help drive improvements in their performance
• Build and strong relationships with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders
• Line management and supporting the professional development of junior colleagues
• Excellent project management skills and ability to take ownership of client deliverables
• Demonstrate a strong ability to analyse complex data, information and draw robust conclusions
• A rigorous approach and attention to detail in both quantitative and qualitative research and analysis
• Excellent team-working, and ability to contribute towards a positive team dynamic
• Strong communication, interpersonal and client management skills, with the ability to work under pressure to client determined deadlines
• Excellent computer and information system skills; in particular Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Passionate about sustainability
Strong problem solving skills and experience developing holistic solutions in a business context
Experience of environmental and social sustainability footprinting is highly desirable
