Allen & York are working with a global brand, who are in the middle of a significant transformation journey, and are now looking for a subject matter expert in water management to join their team and make a real impact.
With Sustainability core to the organisation's overall strategy, this role sits within the Operations & Sustainability team based either in Bologna, northern Italy or Lausanne, Switzerland
What skills will you need to succeed?
A technical background with significant experience of leading end-to-end water strategies and demonstrable expertise on core topics such as water resources management, water stewardship, water use optimisation, water innovation solutions, climate change and adaptation strategies.
The talent to lead water actions based on robust processes and innovative solutions.
The ability develop water resources management strategies.
Substantial experience of sustainability projects and particularly water management.
A specific focus on agricultural related projects, supply chain and agricultural commodities.
Leadership capability, insight and ideas driven, with the ability to translate expertise into workable strategies.
Experience of working within a large, global corporate environment.
Masters/PhD in an Environmental related subject.
