Job description
Our client is a successful, environmental consultancy with a friendly working culture that has enjoyed strong growth and built a broad client list, as they have supported hundreds of successful developments across the UK in achieving their sustainability and compliance targets.
They are now looking for a technically competent Team Lead, to support the consultant team and tie the services together, whilst leading with the projects and client projects interface.
Ideally you will be competent in the following aspects of Sustainability;
- BREEAM - There is a wide variety of projects, mainly New Construction and Refurb & Fit Out
- Energy
- SAP, SBEM, DSM
- Part L
- net zero carbon strategy
- Building modelling generally
- They use a Design Builder
- Overheating (TM52/59)
- daylighting
- Reporting
- planning
- technical
- Lifecycle analysis is part of their future strategy to bring the service in-house, so experience In this would be a real bonus.
