Team Lead - Client Services - Lancashire
Do you want to work for a highly reputable management consultancy based in Lancashire? You will be working with leading organisations and public sector services with a focus on health, social housing and education to help deliver a more sustainable future.
As Client Services Team Leader, you will manage a team of data processors to deliver and improve client and operational SLAs with the motivation and drive to coach and develop your team, building engagement and retention.
In this role as Client Services Team Leader you will act as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders as you collaborate with commercial teams while also developing relationships with clients, suppliers and senior management.
Ideally you will have knowledge of team and performance management, have worked within a regulatory or energy environment and possess an aptitude for in-house data software. You will be comfortable working in a fast-pasted team and have the motivation to drive personal and team performance.
