Due to an increase in the number of cross departmental accounts under management we are now seeking someone to take on a new position within the organisation.
The post holder will act as first ,and sometimes only, point of contact for large and often complex accounts. This will involve regular formal reviews and day to day contact on points of action related to the ongoing recruitment projects.
As well as managing multiple relationships internally and externally the role will add value by helping to develop the accounts we are working on by challenging thinking, agreeing actions and communicating efficiently with all parties.
The successful candidate will ideally have knowledge of the recruitment process from a third party vendor (consultancy) perspective although this may have been gained by working in an in-house recruitment function. You will have a strong sense of customer service and excellent communication skills. You will be comfortable challenging but in a tactful and professional manner.
