On behalf of our client we are seeking to appoint an Accounts Administrator on a permanent basis.
The role will be to assist the department manager with daily accounting and administrative duties.
Proficient knowledge of Sage 50 and Excel will be essential.
Duties to include;
Matching, batching and coding of invoices
Data inputting data onto Sage and Excel
Dealing with invoicing queries
Assisting with month end closure processes
Handling and distributing the post
Ad hoc admin work as required
