On behalf of our client we are seeking to appoint a Business Development Manager on a permanent basis.
You will have an in-depth understanding of the Business Development process surrounding construction projects being able to understand the property life cycle including land measurements and surveying.
The role will involve developing and wining new business as well as regular contact with all new & existing clients.
New business development through face to face meetings with new clients
Research new clients and pin point key decision makers to pitch services to
To work with account managements teams to develop proposals that aim to exceed expectations and service
To attend industry networking events and conferences
Have a good understanding of the property building processes.
High proficiency and understanding of Construction sector bid processes
Self-starter in terms of identifying opportunities to win business with new and existing clients
The ability to break down barriers and speak to decision makers in an unknown territory
An ability to generate leads, close opportunity's and build / retain relationships with clients in order to achieve targets
Ambitious and willing to develop themselves.
