BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Reporting to: CEO
Location: London or East Sussex
A leading consultancy established in the field of risk modelling are seeking an exceptional individual to join its senior management team. You will be a self motivated and professional indivual that can achieve through hard work, dedication and an interest in new technology, within the science and modelling risk sectors.
This role will take your career in new directions and will expose you to some of the leading technologists, executives and thought leaders in our industry.
You have a minimum of 4-5 years relevant sales experience of selling a high value product/ service to medium / large, companies that has involved multi-level contact across different business functions of the client's business.
Your experience, presentation and problem solving skills provide you with a strong ability to oversee and drive forward the sales cycle using your initiative at all times to ensure that the sale continues to move in a positive direction.
You enjoy travelling, both in the U.K. and internationally to secure new business and product sales across sectors as varied as (re)insurance, utilities, and government.
As an exceptional communicator who is intuitive, self-motivated, organised and persuasive you will be able to generate new business off your own back via your own research and an ability to identify a definite customer needs.
Within 2-3 years you should expect to join the executive team having demonstrated a consistent ability to grow new business pipelines and close deals.
