Salary Negotiable depending on experience but between £30,000 - £40,000
25 Days Annual Leave
NEBOSH General Certificate & Construction Certificate
Full Driving License and own car (mileage paid)
Previous Experience working as a CDM Advisor & Health and Safety Consultant
Office based position for a growing CDM & Construction Health and Safety Consultant Practice based in Thame, due to our expanding and increased workload together with the changes to the CDM Regulations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Assistance to contractors in developing Construction Phase Health and Safety Plans.
Undertaking safety audits and inspections.
Providing retained health and safety advice to clients.
Supporting clients and developing lasting relationships.
Assistance with the development of risk assessments & Method Statements
Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015.
Prepare Pre-Construction Health & Safety Information
Liaise with the Clients, Clients Agents, Designers and Principal Contractors to facilitate compliance with the CDM Regulations
Facilitate the production of Health & Safety Files
Strong communication skills - experience of communicating with people at all levels. * Client facing skills - experience of working with clients and managing the relationships effectively. * Strong planning and organising skills - able to prioritise workload and deadlines and be flexible to manage unexpected changes and deadlines. * Team work skills - ability to work with others to achieve team and personal targets or objectives. * Enthusiastic, motivated and professional character.
