Our client is a worldwide multimedia content producer. They are looking to recruit a Circulation Executive to their current Circulation team, based in Bournemouth. 


The Circulation team is responsible for the data systems and managing the retail distribution of company products throughout the UK and overseas.


Prior circulation experience is not required however, the successful candidate much have:

  • Experience of managing and analysing large volumes of data, highlighting performance trends and development opportunities
  • IGood working knowledge of Excel
  • Flexibility working ethic 
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentational skills

The primary purpose of the Circulation Executive is to assist in maximising sales, distribution & availability of the in-house portfolio, worldwide.


Daily tasks will include:

  • Planning effective trade marketing to maximise product visibility & profit
  • Managing the print order process across a defined portfolio of titles
  • Responsibility for managing business development plans
  • Developing strong relationships with our distributors, wholesalers & retailers
  • Interpretation of data to support ongoing sales development of Imagine titles
  • Ensuring our products are being sold in the right outlets
  • Helping compile range arguments to maximise our retail distribution
  • Managing and developing a defined set of company titles
  • Regular updating and control of detailed company Title Business Plans
  • Improving retail listings and export profitability of these defined set of products
  • Managing department print orders & SPS briefs – on selected titles - for Imagine
  • Assisting team in preparing slides and arguments for range reviews and retail presentations
  • Controlling newstrade budgets on select titles
  • Assisting in the development of new systems and reporting to best facilitate continued title growth
  • Attend meetings with Imagine distributors
  • Covering for relevant Trade Marketing Manager, if required
  • Any other duties as required to support the circulation team
