An excellent opportunity for an experienced Compliance Manager to join a global freight and logistics company based in the South East.
Reporting into the CEO this newly created position will actively support the business growth across the UK operations, managing compliance to deliver good distribution practices while taking a proactive approach to develop relationships with key stakeholders.
You will be responsible for compliance in all areas of Health & Safety legislation, maintaining and updating the QMS to ensure they are aligned with the business requirements and processes and overseeing audits both internally and externally.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in all areas of compliance including: - Health & Safety legislation, Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP). You will be NEBOSH certificate qualified as a minimum and have a strong background in freight and logistics.
