On behalf of our client we are seeking to appoint a Compliance Manager to monitor, develop and implement quality management and Environmental systems across processes by;
Assessing by audit and implementing improvements within the group sites.
Compiling and collating technical information regarding site HACCP’s and general SAQ’s .
Dealing with large value NCR’s directly , including investigations
Ensure that all customer and legislative standards of food safety and quality are met by driving a “right 1st time” culture
Driving standards across all foods processes
This role may suit a Graduate who is ambitious, flexible to travel across multiple sites and is looking for a management position.
Auditing and assessing processes across all sites for compliance
Developing protocol that can be transferred from site to site
Liaising with site technical and operations to ensure smooth production and a right first time approach
Holding and disseminating technical information for each site where needed
Ensuring critical processes are being adhered too
Assessing finished product quality
Auditing of supplier and contractors for Site processing

Knowledge & Qualifications
Extensive factory experience
Good Audit Experience Essential
Good knowledge of legislation
Advanced HACCP qualifications
Excellent understanding of food safety
Good standard of spoken & written English.
Solid level of numeracy – able to calculate & report on performance.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
