Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their team, it is vital the individual has excellent communication skills and an eloquent telephone manner.
You will be the first point of contact for incoming telephone enquiries and will be dealing with all manner of people at various levels from members of the public to corporate companies.
Duties will include:
- Providing service and product information
- Providing pricing quotations
- General administration
- Escalating enquiries or issues when appropriate
Ideally you will have a naturally positive personality and will be confident speaking to various levels of people.
