On behalf of our client we are seeking to appoint an outgoing and well presented Customer Service Advisor. Working within an established, supportive and professional team you will on of the first points of contact for customers.
Duties to include;
Meeting and greeting customers face to face.
Dealing with customer inquiries via website and telephone
Assisting with the sales process.
Order chasing and updating customers
Sending out Marketing material via the postal services
General office administration
Appointment making and diary management
Ideally you will already have some office customer service or front of house experience and will be confident using office equipment.
The ability to build rapport and put the customer at ease will be essential.
There will be a requirement to work 1 in every 4 Saturdays with a day off in lieu.
