On behalf of our client we are seeking to appoint a Customer Service Advisor to follow up on customer enquiries.
The Customer enquiries will be warm leads via email, website or telephone. The purpose of the role will be to make contact with the customer with the objective of setting appointments for them with the Sales Designers and branch network.
Ideally this person would need to have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with customers in a very warm, friendly and consultative manner with the realisation that customers always come first.
You will be able to make a thorough fact find regarding the customers needs, requirements and timescales in order to provide quality information to the design teams.
The ability to communicate with all manner of people will be essential.
The role is office based and the team are professional, supportive and can provide excellent knowledge and training on an ongoing bases.

An additional bonus of £4,000 per year is also offered in addition to the salary.
